The Honolulu Medical Examiner's office today identified the man killed in an apparent industrial accident yesterday at Halawa Industrial Park as Herbert Lato, 68, of 'Ewa Beach.

Lato fell about 40 feet through roof of a building on the 99-100 block of Waiua Place at 9:40 a.m.
