The Waikiki Neighborhood Board will host a candidates' forum for Senate District 12 and House Districts 21 and 23 at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Waikiki Community Center, 310 Paoakalani Ave. Area residents are invited to listen to the candidates' positions on Waikiki issues and meet with them one-on-one after the forum. Former newscaster Angela Keen will serve as the moderator.
