Police are seeking to locate a 36-year-old man who was last seen June 30 at a Waikiki hotel at 5 p.m.

Steven Thomas, who moved to Lanikai last September, was "emotionally distraught" at the time of his disappearance. Thomas is 6 feet 2, 180 pounds with blonde hair.
