Police ask for help in finding missing Hilo girl

Big Island police are asking for the public's help in finding a 17-year-old girl reported missing from her Hilo home since April 1.

Breanna Ayala is described as Caucasian, 5-foot-2, about 126 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the Police Department's non-emergency line at 935-3311. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
