Starbucks closing five stores in Hawaii

Five Starbucks coffee shops in Hawai'i are being targeted for closure as the Seattle-based company shuts down 600 of its stores nationally.

The locations in Hawai'i include three sites in Honolulu and one each on Maui and the Big Island

They are at 120 Sand Island Access Road, 1200 Ala Moana and 1288 Ala Moana in Honolulu.

On Maui, a store at 270 Dairy Road in Kahului will be closed.

The store at 301 Maka'ala Street will be shuttered in Hilo.
