A memorial service and scattering of ashes for photographer Sergio Goes de Freitas will be Saturday.

The service will begin at 7 a.m. at Kaimana Beach (also known as Sans Souci) in Waikiki, the family said.

Goes drowned Friday off Waikiki.

He was born Sept. 29, 1964. He is survived by a son, Gabriel Kapuni Goes, 6; brother Marcelo; sister Fernanda; father Horacio; and mother Maria Tereza.
