Wilson shoots 64, moves to 3 shots off U.S. Bank golf lead

Kane'ohe native Dean Wilson shot a 6-under-par 64 today to move back into contention at the U.S. Bank Championship at Brown Deer Park Golf Course in Milwaukee.

Wilson was tied for 12th is at 8-under-par 202 entering tomorrow's final round. Gavin Coles (68) and Nick Flanagan (69) share a one-shot lead at 199 over Jon Mills (64), Ken Duke (68), Richard S. Johnson (70) and George McNeill (66). Nineteen golfers are within three shots of the lead.

Wilson, who shot a 73 on Friday to just make the cut, played today's round without a bogey. He started on the back nine with birdies on Nos. 10 11, 13 and 13 to make the turn at 4-under 32. He added birdies on Nos. 3 and 5, both par-3s.
