Best surf steady at 2 to 4 feet

Advertiser Staff

For now, surf along east- and south-faing shores remains at 2 to 4 feet.

Starting tomorrow, however, a new south swell is expected to arrive that should bring surf along south shores the 8-foot advisory level, the National Weather Service said.

The swell should last through the work week.

Today, surf will be 1 to 3 feet along west shores and 2 feet or less along north shores.

Strengthening trade winds may produce rough surf along east facing shores by mid-week, forecasters said.
