The Smash Mouth concert set to take place on August 2 has been moved to the Waterfront at Aloha Tower Marketplace.

Concertgoers who bought tickets to the scheduled performance at the Waikiki Shell will have their purchase price refunded at point of purchase.

Tickets to see the band perform at the Waterfront at Aloha Tower Marketplace will now be available through Honolulu Box Office, $45 for pre-sale general admission and $50 at the door. Limited VIP seating is available for $55 a ticket. Tickets will be available for purchase starting Wednesday at Honolulu Box Office, http://www.honoluluboxoffice.com or 550-8457.

The multi-platinum selling rock band will take the stage at 7:30 p.m. on August 2, following opening act Go Jimmy Go at 7 p.m. The concert is presented by Verizon Wireless and produced by Hawaii Pacific Entertainment and JP Productions.

Smash Mouth is best known for the 1997 number one hit "Walkin' In The Sun" and their 1999 release "All Star," which topped three national radio charts and hit number four on the Billboard Hot 100. A self-titled third album produced "I'm A Believer," a popular track featured in the film "Shrek."
