Things to do around Oahu today

Advertiser Staff

As mesmerizing as the hula can be, sometimes you feel the need to put a little more swing in your step.

Tonight's the night: Join the Swing Dance Club at the Dream to Dance Studio in Honolulu and learn to swing, two-step, hustle, fox trot, and even country dance. It's a great way to get fit. Who knows, maybe we'll see you on a dance TV show someday. Cost is $5. Call 255-6095 for more information. The fun runs from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m.

Not a dancer? Then you can head over to the Honolulu Zoo this afternoon to catch the Starbucks Wildest Show in Town. The weekly event comes with entertainment from Keale and starts at 4:35 p.m. Call 971-7171 for more information.

If you're feeling like being a couch potato tonight and just lounging in front of the TV, check out A&E at 6 p.m.

"Dog the Bounty Hunter" made its season debut last week and more than 2 million viewers tuned in.

Check it out, see if you recognize any of the places the Dog and his crew are sniffing around in search of bad guys around O'ahu.
