Heavy rain forced the postponement of the second round of match play at the 2008 U.S. Girls' Junior Championship today at the 6,265-yard, par-71 Hartford Golf Club in West Hartford, Conn.

The second round will start tomorrow morning and the third round will be played tomorrow afternoon. The quarterfinal and semifinal matches will be played Saturday and the 36-hole final will be played Sunday.

Former Big Island resident Kimberly Kim will take on Marina Alex, of Wayne, N.J., in a second-round match tomorrow at 1:09 a.m., Hawaii time.
