Pentagon picks new leader for 311th Theater Signal Command at Fort Shafter

Brig. Gen. Alan R. Lynn will become commanding general of the 311th Theater Signal Command, based at Oahu's Fort Shafter, the Department of Defense announced today.
Lynn is currently chief of staff at the Defense Information Systems Agency in Arlington, Va.
