FIGHT BOREDOM AT WORK

GO FOR CHANGE, GET PHYSICAL

Andrew Pek and Jeannine McGlade, the married authors of "Stimulated! Habits to Spark Your Creative Genius at Work," believe that creativity isn't a luxury, it's a survival skill. But even the most creative people can find themselves stymied. Bored? Make a change, they suggest: "Even small changes to your everyday routine will give you a burst of freshness ... and resolve to take on the challenges ahead." And make time for physical play: It can boost creativity by prompting more awareness of your environment.
