Shanelle Choi and Noa Sakamoto captured the top spots in the women's and men's open divisions today at the Chun's to Waimea Swim, part of the Surf n Sea North Shore Swim Series.

Choi won the women's open division, finishing the 1.6-mile swim in 38 minutes, 37.9 seconds.

Sakamoto won the men's open title in 32:22.0.
