There's a lot happening at Kapi'olani Community College this weekend — and one regular, very popular, event that is NOT happening.

What's not: The farmers market that usually takes place Saturday mornings in the parking lot is in residence at the Hawaii State Farm Fair at the Bishop Museum this weekend only.

What is:

• Okinawan Celebration Day, today at KCC's Lama Library. Three exhibits about food — "Key Ingredients," "Hawaii by Food" and "Oroku Restaurant" — open at 10 a.m. Okinawan events begin at 11 a.m. and include Dr. Brad Willcox in a talk about the Okinawan diet, a discussion on Okinawan restaurants, Eisa (dance) performance by Ryukyukoku Matsuri Daiko, and more.

And you can buy andagi and anda-dog; and nantu (sweet potato mochi). It's free; http://kcc.hawaii.edu.

• AHA Arts! — the Abled Hawaii Artists' Festival, formerly known as Art Enabled, happens from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. tomorrow at KCC's lower parking lot. There's entertainment, an arts sale, mural-painting, glass-blowing and other activities. It's free; www.cds.hawaii.edu/aha.

There's a Big Island AHA Arts! event, too, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at Hilo Community College. 808-895-5353.
