One of six suspects taken into custody in a July 7 drug raid on a Waipi'o Acres residence was being held yesterday at the main police station cellblock for federal authorities.

Michael James Pattioay, 52, who listed 95-090 Waimakua Drive as his address, was arrested Friday at 10:15 p.m. on the H-2 Freeway southbound at the Mililani offramp on a federal warrant. Pattioay, who has 22 prior convictions dating back to October 1985, will be turned over to federal authorities today, police said.

Pattioay was convicted of two counts of second-degree promoting a dangerous drug in November 1991 and a firearm offense in November 1988.

It is unknown if the pending federal charge is related to the July 7 bust at 95-090 Waimakua Drive by Wahiawa police.

Pattioay, two women and three men were arrested in the raid, which capped an investigation into neighborhood complaints of alleged drug dealing at the residence.

Judd Carmichael, 43, was charged with second-degree promoting of a dangerous drug from the raid nut not the others. However, one of the suspects, 44-year-old Dana L. Sabog, had an outstanding $2,000 warrant while Pattioay, at the time, was wanted on a federal retake warrant.

Maj. Bart Huber, commander of the Wahiawa patrol district, said officers seized crystal methamphetamine, cocaine, a small amount of marijuana and $1,000 cash in the raid.
