The right lane on H-3 Freeway in the Kailua-bound direction, between Kamehameha Highway and Kane'ohe Bay Drive, will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. today through Friday.

The state Department of Transportation will be replacing guardrails.

Motorist should use caution when driving through the work area and should allow for extra travel time.

Road work is weather-permitting.
