After 20 years of research, dermatologist Susan Taylor has introduced a line of skin care products for women with brown skin, from olive and yellow to dark brown. Called RX For Brown Skin, it contains hyaluronic acid, soy and pomegranate, and comes in three collections: Bright and Healthy, Bright and Clear, and Bright and Even, as well as what she calls Special Prescriptions sunscreen, brightener and serum. Her products are free of fragrance, lanolin, alcohol, dye and propylene glycol. Sold at Sephora.

HEALTH

BOOMERS MAY BE FEELING YOUNGER, BUT ...

About two-thirds of boomers feel they are younger than their actual age, according to a recent survey of men and women ages 43 to 61. But the National Center for Health Statistics says half of Americans in the 55-to-64 age group have high blood pressure, and two in five are obese; 57 percent try to eat healthy foods, 41 percent exercise, 40 percent get routine checkups, and 17 percent use health monitoring devices. But 24 percent do nothing to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
