CALLING ALL CHOCOHOLICS

INDULGE IN DAYLONG FESTIVAL AT HALEKULANI

Draw a chocolate bar on your calendar on June 15 ... it's Masters of Chocolate Festival at Halekulani hotel. If you have a whole day to devote to the masters of sweets, consider ... a morning session with Pam and Bob Cooper of The Original Chocolate Factory, to talk about Hawai'i-grown chocolate; a midday chocolate-making demonstration with Michael Recchiuti of Recchiuti Confections of San Francisco and an afternoon with Tom Neuhaus of Sweet Earth Chocolates, who will discuss fair trade, organic chocolates and his work with African cacao growers. Think it's over? No. Then there's a 3 p.m. Tea Party for parents and children and after that a Chocolate Soiree, featuring all three masters of chocolate (and chocolate appetizers!).

Daytime seminars, $75. Chocolate tea, $28 adults, $20 children. Chocolate soiree, $75. Call 931-5040.
