Police seek public's help on damage at Hilo YMCA

Big Island police are seeking information about the destruction of a playground set at the Hilo YMCA, located at West Lanikaula Street.

Acting South Hilo patrol sergeant Kelley Matsumoto said the equipment was damaged sometime between 7 p.m. Tuesday and 6:30 a.m. yesterday. Someone poured paint on the equipment and set it on fire, Matsumoto said.
