Local mortgage rate averages all moved higher this week

These rates are an average of more than 40 mortgage issuers' annual percentage rates, as reported by the Honolulu Board of Realtors. Rates assume a $200,000 fixed-rate owner-occupant mortgage and include all points, fees and other transaction costs.
