A delivery truck tipped over and spilled its load over three lanes on the Kane'ohe side of the H-3 Freeway east-bound at the Kamehameha offramp and is slowing afternoon traffic flow in the area.

A tow truck was en route at 4:06 p.m. and cleanup is ongoing.

The accident was reported at 3:54 p.m.

Police report no other serious roadway problems.
