Big Island seed exchange on Saturday

Farmers, gardeners and plant lovers will exchange seeds frm 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the Amy B.H. Greenwell Ethnobotanical Garden in Captain Cook, on the Big Island.

The effort is sponsored by the Bishop Museum.

On hand will be several experts to give presentations on seed saving, the effects of vog on plants and other topics.
