PACIFIC RADIO GROUP

Pacific Radio Group has hired Chris Osgood as chief operating officer, responsible for generating additional revenue for Pacific Radio Group's family of six radio stations on Maui and eight radio stations on the Big Island, as well the company's www.Mauitoday.tv IPTV Internet site. Osgood has worked in sales, advertising and management at radio stations in Houston, Hawai'i and Atlanta.

HAWAI'I BIOENERGY

Hawai'i BioEnergy has named Joel Matsunaga executive vice president, responsible for establishing long-range objectives and direct policies, strategies and activities of the emerging renewable energy business to ensure increased productivity and maximum returns.

Matsunaga most recently served as Hawaiian Telcom's vice president of external affairs with overall responsibility for the company's regulatory and governmental affairs as well as community relations, corporate communications and customer relations throughout the state.

PM REALTY GROUP

PM Realty Group has promoted Linda Gee to senior vice president and regional manager of the firm's Pacific Rim region, responsible for directing PMRG's regional growth. Prior to joining PMRG in 2000, Gee was president of Koll Management Services' Asia-Pacific region, and then served as a vice president of CB Richard Ellis' brokerage division upon its merger with Koll.

ISLAND INSURANCE CO.

Island Insurance Co. Ltd. has named Joy Takanishi compensation and benefits manager, responsible for the management and administration of profit sharing and incentive plans, stock plans, executive compensation, 401(k), payroll, attendance, disability and wellness programs.

Before joining Island Insurance, Takanishi was Human Resources manager for Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc.

HAWAI'I BIOTECH INC.

Dr. Ian Frazer has been named to the scientific advisory board of Hawai'i Biotech Inc. Frazer is director of the Diamantina Institute of Cancer, Immunology and Metabolic Medicine, a research institute of the University of Queensland at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane, Australia.

Hawai'i Biotech is a privately held biotechnology company focused on the research and development of prophylactic vaccines for infectious diseases.

WAIANAE COAST COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CENTER

Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center has named Anthony Guerrero Jr. as president of the 2008 executive committee. Other elected directors include: Kamahanahokulani Farrar, first vice president; Kauila Clark, second vice president; Christine Jackson, third vice president; Alean Cook-Palmer M.D., secretary; and Wayne Suehiro, treasurer.
