Today's ticket: Wildest Show at Zoo

The Wildest Show in Town returns to the Honolulu Zoo today and every Wednesday during the summer.

For a $2 donation, families and friends can get together to hear Makana perform, then check out the wild animals. The show starts at 4:35 p.m.

Other highlights today:

  • These aren't your father's Legos, or yours! Gather up the family and head over the Pearlridge Center's Uptown and Downtown Center Courts to check out the work of International Lego artist Nathan Sawaya. Sawaya's "Brick Art" mastery will be displayed until June 20.

  • If you're looking for Vegas-like entertainment, check out the voice of the islands at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani hotel. Danny Couch performs tonight and every Wednesday at 5:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in the Ainahau Showroom. A hula show and dinner is included. Cost is $80 for dinner and $39.50 for cocktails only. Call 931-4660 for reservations or go to www.dannycouch.com.
