Makaha teen facing 10 felony drug charges

A Makaha teen was arrested today at the O'ahu Community Correctional Facility for 10 felony drug offenses.
Vinh Lam, 18, was booked for the prosecutor's pffice at 4:30 p.m. on two counts of first-degree promoting of a dangerous drug, six counts of second-degree promoting of a dangerous drug, and two other felony drug counts.
