John De Mol, co-founder of "Deal or No Deal," "Big Brother" and "Fear Factor," is looking for the next big TV phenom. He's starting a Web site, www.TalpaCreative.com, to solicit concepts. "Everybody watches TV. Everybody has an idea about TV," he says. "We're looking for the next big thing." Talpa plans to buy the rights to concepts but didn't specify payments. "If someone brings us the next 'Big Brother' or 'Deal or No Deal,' yes, it could mean millions. I don't think we should cap it."
