The suspects were arrested at Nu'uanu Avenue and North Vineyard Boulevard at 4:51 a.m., about 35 minutes after the robbery near North Pauahi and Maunakea streets was reported to police.

The victim, an adult male, was allegedly threatened with a weapon.

Two of the suspects, ages 21 and 25, are Kalihi residents from Pua Lane and Haka Drive, respectively, while the third suspect, 23, is from Waimanalo. All were booked for first-degree robbery and the Waimanalo man was also arrested for a misdemeanor count involving possession of a deadly weapon.
