An early morning fire today damaged a three-bedroom Maui home at 1020 Ha'iku Road.

Four Maui Fire Department companies responded to the 3:36 a.m. alarm and reported the fire extinguished at 6:07 a.m. Damages were estimated at $100,000 to the structure and $10,000 to contents.

The fire started in the front bedroom of the 1,000-square-feet home, officials said. Cause of the fire is under investigation. No injuries were reported.
