Three men were charged today by an O'ahu grand jury with the alleged early morning sexual assault of a 43-year-old woman Feb. 23 on the grounds of the Capitol building.

Edward Eter, 26, of a North Kukui St. address was charged with first-degree sex assault and kidnapping while Turan T. Sirom, 23, also known as Durant Sirom, who has no permanent local address, and 19-year-old David Kimiuo, aka Makichi Aiwo, of a Middle Street address, are both accused of being an accomplice to a first-degree sex assault and kidnapping.

A $200,000 arrest warrant for each man was issued today.

Prosecutors declined comment on the status of a 16-year-old boy who was arrested with the three men on South Beretania and Alakea streets at 3:15 a.m. Feb. 23.
