Rainbow Wahine beat Netherlands in softball, 4-3

Brandi Peiler's infield single to the pitcher drove in Tanisha Milca with two outs in the bottom of the eighth inning to lift Hawai'i to a 4-3 victory over the Netherlands in Pepsi Malihini Kipa Aloha Tournament at Rainbow Wahine Softball Stadium tonight.

The Rainbow Wahine are 3-0 in the tournament, which runs through Sunday.

Jessica Morton pitched a complete game for the Rainbow Wahine, allowing three earned runs, 10 hits, while striking out 10 and walking none.

Melissa Gonzalez went 2 for 3, including a solo homer to left field in the fifth inning.
