Long Beach State rallies to beat UH in 12 innings, 4-3

Shane Peterson doubled to left-center field to drive in Ted Lemasters in the top of the 12th inning to lift No. 11 Long Beach State to a 4-3 victory over Hawai'i in a college baseball game tonight at Les Murakami Stadium.

Long Beach State is 7-2. UH is 5-7.

Vinnie Catricala homered to left-center field in the fourth inning to give Hawai'i a 1-0 lead. Brandon Haislet hit a two-run double in the sixth inning for a 3-0 lead.

Long Beach State scored three runs in the eighth to tie it, including two on John Hill's double.
