Art and yard sale, with book-signing

A huge art and yard sale is happening from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and tomorrow at the home studio/gallery of artist Peggy Chun, 3115 Alika Ave., Nu'uanu.

Among the items: computers, furniture, clothes, jewelry and accessories, household goods and more. Also art by Chun and others, framed and matted prints, calendars, cards and the book "The Watercolor Cat," by Chun and Shelly Mecum. The two will sign their books today.

Chun, who is paralyzed by amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or Lou Gehrig's disease, continues to paint with the help of a computer.
