More light winds, dry weather on tap

Winds will be light and it's going to be dry around the Hawaiian Islands, the National Weather Service said.

Expect afternoon sea breezes will sparse rainfall at night.

Today: Increasing clouds, with a high near 82. North wind 6 to 8 mph becoming south.

Tonight: Mostly cloudy during the early evening, then clearing, with a low around 69. South wind 6 to 8 mph becoming northeast.

Monday: Increasing clouds, with a high near 82. Northeast wind around 6 mph becoming southwest.

Monday night: Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming clear, with a low around 67. Northeast wind around 6 mph.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 82. East wind around 7 mph.

Tuesday night: Isolated showers. Partly cloudy, with a low around 67. Light east wind. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 82. Calm wind.

Wednesday night: A 20 percent chance of showers. Partly cloudy, with a low around 67. Northeast wind around 6 mph.
