Single-lane closures of Fort Weaver Road will occur in both directions between Aawa Drive and Laulaunui Street through Friday as part of the state's continuing $59.85 million road-widening project.

Intermittent single-lane closures southbound between Laulaunui and Old Fort Weaver Road will take place between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. for roadway excavations and drainage system construction.

Intermittent right-lane closures northbound from Aawa to Honouliuli Stream Bridge will take place from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for drainage system construction.

Motorists are advised to use caution through the area and allow for extra travel time. Roadwork is weather-permitting.
