Karl Godsey promoted to HPD deputy chief

Assistant Honolulu police chief Karl A. Godsey has been promoted to deputy chief and will replace Michael Tucker, who retired at the end of February.
Godsey joins Deputy Chief Paul Putzulu as the second of the department's two deputy chiefs, who are second in command after Chief Boisse P. Correa.
