NBC's hit TV reality show, "Deal or No Deal," hosted by comedian Howie Mandel, is kicking off a nationwide search for contestants, and an open call is slated from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 29 at Pearlridge Center's Uptown.

Casting producers from Los Angeles will be here, supported by the local affiliate KHNL-8 staff, to seek future millionaires from the Islands.

Candidates must be at least 18 or older, project an energetic, charismatic attitude and think quickly on their feet. No other skills are necessary

The casting begins promptly at 10 a.m.; those in line at 1 p.m. will be guaranteed an interview.

"Deal" has been a ratings success for the network and casting calls have attracted thousands across the country.

"Deal," airing at 8 p.m. Mondays on KHNL-8, is a game show where contestants play and deal for a top prize of $1 million, in a test of nerves and instincts.
