Voting at hand for new Nanakuli-Maili board

A special election for the new Nanakuli-Ma'ili Neighborhood Board #36 will be held tomorrow and Saturday to decide which of 24 candidates will occupy the nine at-large seats.

Nanakuli and Ma'ili residents were previously represented by Wai'anae Coast Neighborhood Board #24.

Eligible voters from either community can cast ballots tomorrow from 2 to 7 p.m. at Kapolei Hale; from 7 a.m. to noon Saturday at Ma'ili Elementary School cafeteria; or from 1:30 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday at Ka Waihona O Ka Na'auao Public Charter School Cafeteria (former Nana'aikapono Elementary School at 89-195 Farrington Highway).
