The 7th Annual Jamba Banana Man Chase, a 5K fun run, will be May 10 at Magic Island at 7 a.m.

Runners will chase people in banana costumes around the course, and the first three male and first three female finishers in each of the age divisions will receive 26 free 16-ounce smoothie coupons.

The cost is $25 for those signed up by tomorrow, $30 for all entries received after Sunday and $35 for late registration after May 3. Runners can enter on line by visiting www.active.com. Entry fee includes a Jamba Banana event shirt and a Jamba coupon for a free 16-ounce smoothie.

There is also a keiki fun run at 7:45 a.m. for kids ages 4 to 10. The entry fee is $10 and includes a T-shirt and race medal.
