A morning fire today damaged three units at the Arbors townhouse complex at 91-1091 La'ahulu Street in 'Ewa.

Total damage is estimated at $500,000 to the structure and $120,000 to the contents, said Honolulu Fire Department spokesman Capt. Terry Seelig. The 6:28 a.m. fire started in one of the garages in Building No. 7 at the complex. The fire was reported under control at 6:52 a.m.

Unit "C" built on top of the garage was destroyed, Seelig said. Another unit sustained moderate damage and a third unit minimum damage, Seelig added.

No injuries were reported. Cause of the fire is under investigation.
