Hawaii reggae artist Marty Dread to perform at fundraiser

Marty Dread, Hawai'i reggae artist, will perform at 10 p.m. Saturday at Hard Rock Cafe in Kailua, Kona, at 75-5815 Ali'i Drive, at the Coconut Grove Marketplace on the Big Island.

The event is part of Hard Rock's support of Musicians on Call, an organization that brings live and recorded music to bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities to help enhance the healing process. It also coincides with March on Stage, a series of live global shows by iconic and emerging artists in select Hard Rock markets.

Fans may enter a raffle to win a guitar provided by the Gibson Guitar Group and autographed by Willie Nelson.

Admission: $15 in advance, $20 at the door; open to those 21 and older.
