'Wheel' to send 10 fans to Big Island for TV show taping

Advertiser Staff

Ten "Wheel of Fortune" fans will be invited to join Pat Sajak and Vanna White when their "Wheel of Fortune" tapes three weeks of shows on the Big Island in September for airing during the November ratings period.

It's part of the syndicated game show's "Take Me to Paradise Sweepstakes" March 24 through 28, when home viewers can compete for one of 10 trips to the Hilton Waikoloa Village resort on the Kohala coast, site for the show tapings. The prize includes roundtrip airfare via ATA Airlines and hotel accommodations for two, with VIP seats for the outdoor tapings. Clearly, the contest appeals to Mainland, not Hawaiian viewers, since ATA does not have inter-island service.

To be eligible to win, viewers should watch for the nightly Wheel Bonus Puzzle solution, then log on to wheeloffortune.com and follow contest instructions.
