The man killed Monday in a head-on collision on Kamehameha Highway near Kualoa Ranch was identified yesterday by the Honolulu medical examiner's office as Charles A. Ritter, 84, of Kailua.

Autopsy findings on cause and manner of death were not available yesterday, according to the medical examiner's office.
