The pursuit of speed and quickness will include an Easter egg hunt.

Hawai'i Speed and Quickness will have sessions tomorrow and Sunday at the UH athletic complex.

Sunday's session will include an Easter egg hunt, in which the plastic eggs will contain certificates to Jack In The Box and Jamba Juice.

Current and former UH student-athletes will serve as instructors.

Each session is $10. There are scholarships available.

Sessions are from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.

There will be instructions and drills involving plyometrics and resistance training.

Participants also will be allowed to use a new instrument that will improve vertical jumps.

Rich Miano, UH's associate head football coach, and Mel deLaura, the team's conditioning coach, are clinic coordinators.
