Rainbow Wahine roll past Northwestern in softball

Valana Manuma went 2 for 3, including two RBIs, in No. 17 Hawai'i's 6-1 victory over Northwestern today in the the Bank of Hawai'i Invitational tournament at Rainbow Wahine Softball Stadium.

Hawai'i improved to 24-10. Northwestern is 13-9.

The Rainbow Wahine broke a 1-all tie in with a three-run fourth inning, including two runs on a double by Manuma.

UH added two runs in the fifth inning on a sacrifice fly by Kate Robinson and an RBI single by Clare Warwick.

Courtney Baughman pitched a complete game for the victory, allowing eight hits while striking out three and walking one.
