Cal State Northridge sweeps past volleyball Warriors

Second-ranked Cal State Northridge swept No. 13 Hawai'i, 30-21, 30-25, 30-28, in a Mountain Pacific Sports Federation men's volleyball match tonight in Northridge, Calif.

The Matadors are 19-4 overall and 15-3 in the MPSF. The Warriors dropped to 10-13 and 7-11.

Freshman Brennon Dyer, starting in place of James Clar, had a team-high 12 kills for the Warriors. Freshman Joshua Walker added 11 kills, while sophomore Ric Cervantes led the squad with 10 digs.
