Richard Daggett Realty has promoted Man Lin Chen Lieu (Carol) to vice president for international sales.

HAWAIIANA MANAGEMENT CO.

Lillian McCarthy, Gene Peles and Roy Shimonishi have been named management executives at Hawaiiana Management Co. McCarthy previously worked at Certified Management. Shimonishi comes to Hawaiiana most recently from Hawaii First, where he served as property manager and rental agent for three years. Peles is a retired Army master sergeant, and comes to Hawaiiana from Evergreen International Airlines, where he served as general manager for six years.

KAKAAKO KITCHEN

Dena Galiza Togafau has been hired as catering sales manager at Kakaako Kitchen.

GROUP 70 INTERNATIONAL

Katie MacNeil has been named a principal at Group 70 International Inc. and will work in expanding the firm's sustainable development division, as well as facilitating projects from start to finish.

GYA ARCHITECTS

Maui native denise yoshimori-yamamoto has been promoted to principal and president of GYA Architects. A senior associate of the firm since 2001, she will oversee 15 employees at the Maui and O'ahu offices.

HAWAIIAN COMMERCIAL & SUGAR CO.

Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Co. has announced the promotion of Rodney Chin to director, farming operations, and Mark Lopes to manager, harvesting and land preparation.

Chin joined the company in 1983 and has served as farm manager for both the Keahua and Ma'alaea sections of the plantation.

Lopes has been superintendent, harvesting, since 2002, and for 12 years served as supervisor in the planting, mobile equipment and harvesting areas.

HOMESTREET BANK

Desiree Isnec recently joined Homestreet Bank as a loan officer at the Honolulu Lending Center.
