A dismasted yacht competing in the Clipper 07-08 Round the World Yacht Race arrived at Ala Wai Harbor Friday morning, according to race officials.

The yacht — westernaus tralia2011.com — was dismasted 700 miles off the coast of Japan on March 5 and crossed the Pacific under jury rig.

The race, with 10 entries, began a little over a month ago in China. Racing is expected to resume this week.
