ANAHOLA
Water in short supply today during well testing

All wells in the Anahola area will be shut down from 8 a.m. today through 8 a.m. tomorrow while the water department tests a new well.

Although water in the tanks will be available, the supply will be limited.

During this period, residents may experience low water pressure and possibly water outages depending on usage and storage in the tanks.

Residents are asked to conserve water, including refraining from washing cars, reducing outdoor plant and lawn watering, and using water wisely.

Additional tests are planned for next week, with a schedule still to be announced.

For more information, call the department at 245-5455 during business hours, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or police dispatch at 241-1711 after business hours.
