The Maui County Volunteer Center is sponsoring a photo contest to celebrate National Volunteer Week, which runs through tomorrow. Photos will be considered for Volunteer Center publications, and prizes.

Individuals and organizations may submit photos "that inspire volunteerism by example and illuminate National Volunteer Week's 2008 theme: Volunteer to Change the World." Submit photos by May 19 in .jpeg format to wendy.stebbins@co.maui.hi.us, or deliver prints to the Volunteer Center, One Main Plaza, Suite 601, in Wailuku. Include when and where photo was taken, the names of the volunteers pictured and the photographer, the submitter's name and contact information.
